1、   本機(jī)可廣泛應(yīng)用于制藥、食品、飲料、水處理、釀造、石油、化工、防腐蝕，環(huán)保等行業(yè)，是各類液體進(jìn)行過濾、澄清、提純、除菌處理的***新設(shè)備。

2、   采用凸點(diǎn)式濾板，有效地增大導(dǎo)了水截面積，減少了液體過濾，流通陰力，使液體任意流向不當(dāng)死角，能保持液體諸性能的穩(wěn)定，凸點(diǎn)式濾板使濾材（濾膜、濾紙等）不易破損，延長了各種濾材的使用壽命。

3、   所有密封部位全部安裝了（乳白色硅橡膠密封圈，無毒耐高溫）無滲漏，即在濾框的正反面，進(jìn)出口雙折式卡環(huán)等密封部位都安裝了圓形密封圈。

4、   輸入管部位由雙折式卡環(huán)聯(lián)緊固密封，拆卸清洗方便。

5、   本機(jī)可根據(jù)被濾液體的不同生產(chǎn)工藝（初濾、半精濾、精濾）要求，更換不同濾材用戶能根據(jù)生產(chǎn)流量大小，相應(yīng)減少或增加濾框濾材，使廣泛適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)需要。

6、   濾器工作時，壓緊密封圈，料液無損耗，液體澄清度好，除菌靈（造用微孔濾膜、除菌效果尤佳）。
