設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu):本機的過濾系統(tǒng)由機腔、殼體、空心軸、過濾元件、隔環(huán)、橡膠密封圈、卡箍、緩沖板、玻璃視鏡窗、壓力表等組成。機腔分整體、多節(jié)二種，聯(lián)接處采用無毒橡膠密封圈，所有與液體接觸部份全部采用1Cr18Ni9TI優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制造。工作時用手輪或用卡箍作用力聯(lián)接殼體形成密封胎。腔體和視鏡上裝有排氣閥，開車后其氣體可從排氣閥排出。機體的入口處安有1″或者1½″球閥，一個循環(huán)涂敷助劑用，一個供預(yù)涂后的正常生產(chǎn)用。機腔上裝有壓力表，其讀數(shù)值直接顯示機腔內(nèi)壓力。機體由四個輪子支承。可任意旋轉(zhuǎn)角度，根據(jù)需要可推到任何適當?shù)奈恢檬褂谩?/p>
